Heck yes!  After my first breathwork experience I walked up to the facilitator and asked her to show me the way.  I started a year-long mentorship the following week and still work with her today.  When you know, you know.  Trust that intuitive hit.

This program is held online over Zoom.  There is a required in-person immersion training held as a part of our final ceremony held in CT in June of 2025.

We start March 21st, 2024 and meet 3 times a month on Zoom with scheduled 2-3 week breaks throughout the year.  Time commitment = 12-16 hours a month.

Our virtual journey concludes with an in-person immersion retreat in June of 2025 in CT.

Live Group Workshops will be held on Thursdays from 11am-4pm EST (1 hr lunch break from 1-2pm EST). ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED and uploaded into a private web portal to view on-demand. 

Live attendance is encouraged, but NOT required to complete this program.  However, you are responsible to watch all calls and connect with your workshop partners outside of scheduled class time should you be unable to attend live sessions. 

The structure of the training draws inspiration from the innate cyclical flow of the feminine nature: 

• 2 weeks of Group Workshops 
• 1 week of Peer Partner Coaching Practicum (Hands-On Client Experience)
• 1 week of Rest & Digestion

Nope.  You will be equipped with a solid foundation to begin holding space within the first 3-6 months of this journey.  The intention of the length of this program is to continue to nourish and nurture your inner facilitator.  To bolster yourself with a wealth of knowledge and experience to navigate a variety of momentums in the nervous system with exquisite, expert-level care and confidence.

There is a baseline of healing and body awareness that is required to hold space for breathwork.  Asking these questions can help discern whether this program is for you: 

1. Have I addressed my trauma on some level with a qualified professional? 
2. Do I have a supportive network outside of this program to hold space for me 1:1 (ie. therapist, mentor, counselor)
3. Am I familiar enough with my own body that I know when something is too much? 

While there will be extensive group support in this container, this is not group therapy.  I am not a therapist.  You will have access to me 1:1 through email if a concern arises and we'll navigate it together. You'll also be encouraged to identify and honor your limits every step of the way.

Most folks who are attracted to my energy (and breathwork in general) have also navigated abuse on some level.  I'm still healing from the labyrinth of sexual abuse AND I know firsthand that you can be a healer who is still healing.

Witnessing the beauty of raw human emotions.  Witnessing just how resilient and badass we humans are.  Those moments when people find their true voice for the first time and let themselves take up space! The glow-up after breathwork.  The messages I receive days, weeks, and months later about how much their lives have changed for the better.

Sounds exactly right.  That sweet spot of fear/excitement/nerves is a healthy sign.  It's very natural to feel fear of the unknown.  It means you're human, after all! This journey will inevitably lead you to many deaths of your ego…and our ego puts up a good fight! 

Fun fact, when I started facilitating I swore I'd never do groups.  I was so terrified of public speaking that I'd start shaking and sweating. Facilitating this work has completely healed this.  I now lead groups all the time without any anxiety and have a great time doing it!  I don't even recognize the shy girl who never spoke up in class anymore.   She has a voice now and I'm so glad I gave her the support she needs to feel safe to take up space and lead.
