I specialize in holding space for trauma resolution to help you feel alive, safe, and liberated in your body. My offerings are body-based (somatic) meaning we focus on the story happening below the mind at the level of the nervous system for deep, lasting results.
Breathwork is an active form of meditation that utilizes dynamic breath to safely release stuck energy that's trapped in the body.
The practice is a two-part inhale followed by an exhale, all done while lying down. I'll guide you through the experience, offering gentle grounding touch, words of encouragement, and emotional support. The active breath is followed by a passive resting state to drop into deep relaxation and regeneration.

During a guided breathwork meditation, you tap into the central nervous system to release trapped emotions (energy in motion) in the body.
As your bloodstream is pumped with extra oxygen, it stabilizes the parasympathetic nervous system, suppressing the prefrontal cortex (thinking mind.)
This allows you to enter a trance-like state for access to deeper healing on the subconscious/unconscious level. When the thinking mind is relaxed, it allows whatever stuck energy that’s been trapped to come up to the surface to be healed.
It also activates your primary PLEASURE neurotransmitters, dopamine and serotonin, which is why most people who practice breathwork say they feel uplifted, lighter, and even naturally high afterward.
